FAQs: Office Visits During Covid-19
Is an in-person appointment necessary?
What should I do if I am experiencing symptoms?
How do you maintain social distancing at the office?
We ask that you come to your appointment alone. Unless you are a parent/legal guardian of a minor being seen, or a caretaker for someone who needs support, we ask that you come alone, to minimize unnecessary exposure. Those with you will be required to have the same level of screening. Other guests will be asked to wait outside. You may be asked to wait in your vehicle until the time of your appointment.
Please arrive on time. Please check the time of your appointment in your confirmation email and text, and do not arrive too early or late. This will help ensure we are moving patients through their appointments consistently, to avoid any wait time in the building. Please be prepared to wait in your car until called.
Are patients required to wear masks? Yes. Per CDC requirements, please wear a face mask for your visit. There are no exceptions. This is extra protection for our staff and other patients as well. Do not wear gloves to the office.
Do I need to do anything in advance of my appointment?
How will I pay for services?
What other precautions is CVC Medspa taking during this period?
As a vein center/aesthetic office and surgical office, we are not a treatment facility for COVID-19. We screen any patients with symptoms or exposure and direct them to their primary care as appropriate.
