I found Dawn, to be very professional, kind and helpful. I enjoyed the treatment provided there and was pleased with CoolSculpting results.

I experienced great results with my treatments for my debilitating vein condition. Dr. Challa takes time to listen to you and makes sure you understand your diagnosis along with all of your treatment options.

Chesapeake vein and med spa is the way to go if you want great results! Dr. Challa and his team were great and very patient oriented. Dr Challa took his time to explain to me in detail a way that I could understand my hereditary disorder and what he could do to help improve my quality of life. There was almost no down time. In my case because I stand all day I did have to take just one day off and it was the day of the procedure. Dr. Challa is a very caring physician and I would return again.

My experience with the Vein Clinic and Medspa was quite positive. I was able to schedule a sclerotherapy appt within one week (which is unheard of in my experiences both locally and across state lines). I arrived 30 minutes early to complete paperwork, then waited a bit beyond my scheduled appt time to meet with Dr. Challa (who was apologetic). It afforded me plenty of time to review the paperwork since I combined my consultation with treatment. However, once it was my turn, he was very personable and completely dedicated his attention to me. It was not a rush job to complete the task at hand so as to churn out the next patient like most institutions are these days. The price of personalized service where you actually have time to ask questions and build a level of trust and comfort comes at the price of a small delay. 5 stars.

ive been a patient for quiet some time and all I can say is that in my many years of skin treatments and searching for a skin specialist Dawn is by far the most outstanding woman I have ever found! She not only is a person of high integrity (meaning she wont overcharge or over recommend any treatments) she knows about skin far more than any doctor/dermatologist ive encountered. The only way you can truly tell if any treatment or specialist works is by RESULTS..and I can say my acne, wrinkles and overall glow has done a 100 percent turn around…naturally with the help of Dawn! -Holmes

I have been struggling with restless leg syndrome for years. I had to take 3 different medications just for them to stop hurting enough for me to sleep or even walk across the room. It was so frustrating to have this urge to walk all the time and have such heavy sore legs. I went into the Chesapeake vein center for their cool sculpting originally. Their staff noticed some bulging in my veins which I assumed was cellulite. Dr. Challa did a consult with me right there. Shortly after, I did 4 surgeries with him. The surgeries were super easy with no dowm time. Today has been 6 months from the last procedure. I don’t take any medications. I can walk sleep and do whatever without pain and increased energy. If anyone has had a diagnosis like mine, they should really meet Dr. Challa. He is honestly the best Dr I’ve ever seen. He is down to earth, takes time to explain things, and treats you like a person. It is an indescribable feeling to be pain free after so many years!

I could not be more pleased with my surgical experience with Dr Surya Challa and the Staff at Chesapeake Vein Center and Medspa! The total surgical process was thoroughly explained to me during the pre-op visit, and I felt well informed as what to expect as I went through that process. Prior to coming to the vein center I had leg discoloration, heaviness, sharp pain in both legs, excessive swelling around the ankles and several bulging veins on back side of leg. After the treatment the heaviness is gone, pain has subsided, considerable swelling is almost gone and the discoloration is fading. I can’t praise Dr. Challa and staff enough about the wonderful care and results of the procedure. They are an outstanding group of professionals.
